We understand you may not wish to been seen online first and would prefer face to face. We can assure you the reason for this is to screen medical conditions and risk to best prepare for you attending clinic. We can also gather all the normal written information we do at the start of face to face appointment without the mask in place. This makes the initial information gathering easier and allows you to feel at your most comfortable. At this point we will also instruct you on how our online exercise programme works, something we cant currently offer in clinic as we have separated our clinical treatment area and office space to limit areas of potential contamination. For this reason, we have lowered the price of our initial appointment, please rest assured this will be as in depth and thorough as when face to face. At this point, we will discuss an appropriate plan forward.

If a face to face consultation is recommended you will be sent a website link to fill out our Covid-19 screening and consent form. We will need you to complete this before your appointment.

Please fill in the questionnaire honestly, answering so does not mean you will be refused treatment. We will just need to alter our approach slightly.

We have stopped cash payments in clinic, all payments will now only be accepted via the website. We require payment to secure an appointment slot, until this point, the appointment may be offered to someone else. Once we invite you for a face to face appointment, we will send you a payment link for this. We have temporarily disabled this function for general public.
