Cancellation and GDPR Policies

Data Protection Promise (GDPR):

  • Only information that is relevant and vital to your physiotherapy treatment will be collected.
  • All information gathered will only be viewed by those relevant to your treatment. You will be notified and asked for consent should communication about your care with other health professionals be required.
  • Personal information will not be passed on to any third-parties for marketing purposes.
  • All personal information, physiotherapy notes and emails will be protected against unauthorised access.
  • Nat Broad Physiotherapy upholds registration with the Information Commissioner’s Office, an independent UK body responsible for protecting information rights.

At Nat Broad Physiotherapy, email addresses are used to communicate and as a means of providing and receiving your initial consultation form. Exercise programmes may also be emailed. On occasion you may be emailed latest offers or clinic information. Booking Process

You will receive an email confirmation of the appointment time and date in due course, so please check and respond immediately should the appointment time not suit. Please read our ‘what to bring’ and ‘how to find us’ pages prior to your appointment. All appointments must be paid for in full before attendance.

Cancellation policy

We accept that sometimes things occur which mean you cannot make an appointment and we try and accommodate for this. Please give 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel an appointment, at this stage we can offer a full refund or an alternative date. Notification with 24-hour notice will result in the offer of a chance to rebook without charge. Cancellation within the 24-hour period preceding the appointment will incur a full charge for the appointment cost. Non-attendance without notification will result in the loss of full amount paid or the payment re-invoiced and recovered if not paid in advance. Please note if you become unwell (incl a cold, virus, infection), we ask that you contact us immediately prior to your appointment. If you attend unwell, you may be turned away.

Bundles purchased for our services, are not partially refundable if sessions remain unused. They have no expiry date and are available to be used in the future.
